Tomato Soup


Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
1. 4,5 Big tomatos
2. 2 tablespoon butter
3. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
4. 1 tablespoon  chopped capsicum(Simla Mirch,Bhopali Mirchi)
5. 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
6. 1/2 small onion
6. 2 glasses water
7. salt as per taste.
8. 4 Basil leaves (optional)
9. Fresh Cream 2 tablespoon for garnishing
10. 1 teaspoon corn flour or maida.
11.  1-2 teaspoon Sugar

Procedure:
1. In a frying pan add 1 tablespoon butter, now add garlic,onion and capsicum.Cover the frying pan with a lid for 2 min. on slow flame.
2. Now add chopped tomato, basil leaves if you have, then black pepper powder,salt.
3. Stir it till the tomatoes become soft .
4.Remove the pan from flame and keep it to cool.
5.When the mixture become cool, make paste in a mixer.
6.Now  squeeze the paste through the strainer and add water.
7.In a pan add 1 tablespoon butter then add 1 teaspoon maida or corn flour fry it till 1 minute and then add tomato mixture and when it start boiling then add 2 teaspoon sugar and after 3 minutes remove from the gas stove.

While serving add fresh cream on the soup.
Serve hot with toasted bread....it is yummyyyyyyyyyyyyyy........ :D
