Fiery Naan

Fiery Naan

1. 500 gm flour (maida)
2. 2 tablespoon oil
3. 10 teaspoon curd ( yoghurt)
4. 10 tablespoon milk
5. 2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
6. 1 tsp baking powder
7. 1/2 baking soda
8. 2 teaspoon sugar
9. 1 teaspoon salt
10. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
11. 1 tablespoon green chilli paste

For Topping: 
1. 1 teaspoon seasome seeds ( Til)
2. 1 teaspoon khus-khus
3. 1 teaspoon kalonji ( Onion Seed) (Kandyachya Biya)
4. Ghee or butter

1. Sift the maida with salt,baking powder and soda,warm the milk and curd together with sugar.
2. Add the yeast, ginger,garlic and green chilli pastes and the oil to the maida.
3. Make a soft dough by adding the curd milk mixture and enough warm water.
4. Knead the dough very well. Keep the dough covered in a warm place till it becomes double in volume.
5.Mix the ingredients for the topping.
6. Now take small portion of the dough and roll out into any shape you like.
7. Spread a little topping mixture on each naan.
8. Bake in a hot oven or tandoor till done.
9. Serve hot with ghee or butter.
