Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped cabbage
2 tsp chilly oil,
10 whole red chilies
chopped 5 spring onions,
2 tsp garlic paste,
1 small packet of noddles with masala packet inside,
One capsicum cut into thin long strips in length wise.

Procedure:

1. Heat oil in kadai, add garlic paste,add 4 whole red chilies cut into small pieces and add chopped spring onion,cabbage and capsicum strips.

2. Fry for 2 minutes add boiled noodles salt and chilly oil and mix well after 5 minutes remove from heat.

3. Boil noodles in water with little salt and 1/2 tsp oil boil for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and drained excess water and mix with fried garlic,spring onion and cabbage and capsicum.

Note:
How to make chilly oil:

Heat 2 tsp oil in small kadai,when oil heat at smoking add 6 whole red chilies pieces. Keep it aside for 2 hours and then after stain the chilly oil.
