Spicy Brainded Buns

Spicy Brainded Buns

1. 250 gms. maida
2. 1 teaspoon dried yeast
3. 1 teaspoon sugar
4. 1 tablespoon oil
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 5 tablespoon warm milk
7. 1 teaspoon green chilli paste
8. 2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
9.ghee for topping

1. Dissolve the sugar in the warm milk.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and male a soft dough using the warm milk.
3. Knead very well.Keep the dough covered in a warm place till it becomes double in volume.
4. Knead again until the dough comes back to its original size.
5. Divide the dough into 6 portions.
6. Roll out 3 parts into long cylinders.
7. Plait them and make fine buns of them.Repeat with the remaining 3 portions.
8. Put on a well greased baking tin,leaving enough margin for expansion.
9. Leave the tin in a closed cupboard for about 20 minutes.
10. Bake in a oven at 200 degree for 10-15 minutes.Remove from the tin and brush on top with ghee.
