Fish Kheema

Fish Kheema:

1. 5  medium size cleaned fish (fish of your choice)
2. 1 big onion finely chopped
3. 1 big tomato finely chopped
4. 1 1/2 table spoon red chili powder
5. 1 tea spoon garam masala powder
6. 2 table spoon ginger and garlic paste
7. 2 table spoon coconut paste with 1 tea spoon cumin seeds
9. salt as per taste
10. 2 table spoon oil
11. 4-5 cup of water
12. Chopped coriander for garnishing

Procedure :
1.Clean the fish ,remove its head,tail and clean it from inside and outside.
2. In the frying pan put the water for boiling when water starts boiling then add the cleaned fish.
3. After 3 min remove the fish from the water.
4. Now remove all the bones from the fish and take only fish meat and cut it into small pieces do not smash the fish meat
5. In a frying pan add oil and then add chopped onion, after the onion gets its pink colour add chopped tomato and fry it for 2 minutes.
6. Now add ginger garlic paste fry well then add coconut paste, chili powder and garam masala,when the coconut paste start loosing oil then add chopped fish meat, salt and mix it well,cover the frying pan.
7. After 2 min.remove the pan from gas stove and add chopped coriander for garnishing.

Fish Kheema is ready to eat with chapati,roti,naan.
