Dudh Golya, sweet coconut gravy with roti

Dudha Golya:

1. 4 cup coconut milk
2. 2 and1/2 cup jaggery (gud)
3.1 cup wheat flour
4. 1 teaspoon salt.
5. 1 teaspoon ghee (optional)
6. Water to make dough
7. 1 tea spoon cardamom powder

1. In a bowl add wheat flour, salt, water and make dough.
2.Heat a pan on gas stove.Add  ghee ,coconut milk and jaggery and stir the coconut milk till the jaggery dissolve in the coconut milk.
3. Make the roll of the dough and make small roti.
4. With a cutter / knife cut the roti in diamond shape.
5. When coconut milk starts boiling add the diamond shape pieces of roti in it for 8-10 minutes to cook.
6. Add 1 spoon cardamom powder.

This is a very good and testy sweet dish and healthy too.
