Chilli garlic Sticks


1. 2cup maida,
2. 1/2cup rava (suji),
3. 6-7 garlic cloves,
4. 4-5 green chillies,
5. salt as per taste
6. 2 spoon hot oil for kneading and oil for frying,
7. water and knife.


1. Make chillies,garlic and salt paste .
2. Make a dough of maida,rava,salt, oil and crushed green chilies and garlic paste.
3. Keep it for 1 hour.
4. Then take a small ball of dough and make a thin roti.
5. Then cut it into long sticks and deep fry in a pan.

Chilli garlic sticks are ready to eat with a hot cup of tea, coffee and can be served with cheese dip.
This is very easy and yummy snack, you can munch at any time.
