  Jawar Dosa / Pearl Millet Pancake (Chilla) Ingredients: Jawar / Pearl Millet Flour (Aata/Pith) – 2 cups Rava / Suji / Semolina – ½ cup Curd / Dahi – ⅓ cup (if sour, take only ½ cup) Beetroot – ½ cup, grated Carrot – ½ cup, grated Cilantro / Kothimbir – 2 tbsp, finely chopped Green Chilies – 2, finely chopped (or as per taste) Salt – to taste Water – as required Optional : Crush green chilies with 1 tsp cumin seeds and a pinch of salt for extra flavor before adding to the batter. Preparation Method: In a mixing bowl, add jawar flour , rava/ suji , grated beetroot , carrot , cilantro/ kothimbir , and salt . Whisk curd with a little water, then slowly mix it into the jawar mixture. Add water gradually to make a semi-liquid batter (like dosa/chilla consistency).
