Soya Corn and Oats Tikki / Patties  Ingredients: Soya granules – 1 cup Sweet corn (boiled) – ½ cup Rolled oats / Instant oats – ½ cup (dry roasted and powdered) Boiled potatoes – 2 medium (mashed) Onion – 1 small (finely chopped) Green chilies – 1-2 (finely chopped, adjust to taste) Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp Fresh coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped) Garam masala – ½ tsp Red chili powder – ½ tsp Cumin powder – ½ tsp Chat masala / Amchur (dry mango powder) – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Oil – for shallow frying Instructions: Prep the Soya: Soak soya granules in hot water for 10–15 minutes. Drain and squeeze out excess water completely. Pulse in a blender for a few seconds to make it slightly coarse (optional).
