Drumsticks Sabji , Shevagyachya shengechi bhaji,Sargwa ki phali ki sabji

Drumsticks Sabji , Shevagyachya shengechi bhaji,Sargwa ki phali ki sabji :


Ingredients:


1.6 Big drumsticks
2.1 Big tomato (finely chopped)
3.1 medium onion (finely chopped)
4.2 table spoon red chilli powder
5. 1 tea spoon gram masala
6.1/2 tea spoon termeric powder
7. 2 table spoon grated coconut
8.1/2 chopped onion
9. 1/2 tomato or 1 small tomato
10. 4 garlic cloves
11.1/2 inch ginger
12.2 table spoon chopped coriander
13. 2 tea spoon cumin seeds
14. 2 table spoon oil
15. 1 tea spoon mustard seeds
16. salt as per taste

Procedure:

1. Cut drumsticks into 2" - long pieces. Wash and keep it aside.
2. Fry the grated coconut,chopped onion and tomato for 2 min.
3. Then make a paste of coconut,onion.tomato,garlic,ginger,cumin seeds,and 1 table spoon coriander.
4. In a Frying pan add oil then add  mustard seeds, cumin seeds,chopped onion and tomato when onion get pink then add turmeric powder and coconut paste to it and fry it to 2 min. then add red chilli powder, gram masala and drumsticks to it.
5. Finally add salt and 1/4 cup of water to it and cover the pan for  5-6 min.and cook till it is tender.

Garnish with the chopped coriander.
