Healthy Rolls
Ingredients  : 

1. One Cup Sprouted boiled Green Mung
2. One cup Wheat Flour
3. One Spoon Turmeric powder
4. One Spoon Ginger garlic paste
5. One Spoon Green Chili paste( Crushed Green Chilies with a little bit of salt)
6.  Two Spoon chopped coriander 
7. Salt as per taste
8. One Teaspoon carom seeds
9. Oil
10. Chat masala

Green Chutney: Ginger 1/2 inch, 4-5 garlic pods, half cup coriander,1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, and salt as per taste. Grind it into the mixer and green chutney is ready.
Grated cheese - Half cup

Procedure:

1. Crushed the green mung in a mixer and put turmeric, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, chopped coriander, Dhana jeera powder, and salt in the crushed green mung. The consistency of the batter should be semi-liquid like we prepare for the pancake or uttapam. Now make small pancakes.

2. Make a dough of wheat flour by adding salt oil and carom seeds. Make small balls and roll into a roti.

For assembling the roll: Spread the green chutney on the roti. Place the mung pancake on it and put chopped onion and tomatoes. Now sprinkle some chat masala and grated cheese on it. Roll the roti and Make a roll and shallow fry for 1-2 minutes on the griddle.

Serve it with tomato sauce or green chutney.

This is a very good snack and tiffin item for everyone.
