Oats Rava/Suji/Semolina Dosa

Ingredients:

1. Oats one cup
2. Rava/Suji/Semolina one cup
3. Rice Flour/ Tandalache Pith/Chawal ata one cup
4. Curd/Dahi one cup
5. salt
6 Oil
7. Water
8. green chilies 2-3
9. coriander fresh (if available)optional

Procedure:

1. Make oats powder in a mixer. In a bowl add powdered oats, Rava/Suji/Semolina, Rice Flour / Tandalache Pith/chawal ata, and curd.
2. Now add water to the above mixture slowly till the pouring consistency like dosa batter.
3. Keep the batter aside for a minimum of 30 minutes or a maximum of 45 minutes.
4. Add salt, finely chopped green chili, and finely chopped fresh coriander to the batter and stir the batter
5.Heat the griddle or pan on medium-high heat. Add a few drops of oil to griddle/pan spread it with a spatula.
6. Now pour a ladle full of batter in the center of the griddle/pan and spread it from center to the circular motion. spread oil on the edges of the dosa.
7. When it turns golden flip it and cook the other side also for 1-2 minutes.

Dosa is done and ready to serve with coconut chutney, sauce. This dosa tastes yummy and a full-on tummy.
This is good for breakfast or evening snack time.

Note: Do not use sour curd. Sour curd will give the sour smell and also the taste of the dosa will also change.
