Shingada Sheera (Water Chestnut Sheera) A quick, wholesome dessert made using Shingada (Water Chestnut) flour—perfect for fasting days or as a healthy sweet treat. This sheera is not only nutritious but also comes together in just 10 minutes! Ingredients: Shingada (Water Chestnut) Flour – 2 tablespoons Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 2 teaspoons Milk – 1½ cups Sugar or Jaggery Powder – 3 tablespoons (adjust to taste) Cardamom Powder – 2 teaspoons Dry Fruit/Nut Powder – 1 tablespoon Raisins (optional) – as needed Chopped Cashews and Almonds – for garnish Method (Ready in 10 Minutes): Heat a pan on low flame.
